Custom training plan
Whether you're focused on strength, physique, or overall well-being, we'll create a customized plan just for you. Your workouts are conveniently delivered through an easy-to-use mobile app, where you can track your progress and provide feedback directly to me.
Support and accountability
A As your coach, I'll keep you on track through regular check-in calls and the consistent weekly (or daily!) support you need to stay accountable and motivated as you work towards your goals.

Weekly personal training session
Need an extra nudge and the confidence that you’re training correctly?
I’ll guide you through a weekly workout, keeping you accountable and ensuring your form is correct for each exercise.
We’ll meet on Zoom (or in person in the Houston, TX area) at a time that’s convenient for you.
Nutrition coaching
Personalized nutrition coaching to feel more energized, move better, and achieve your physique goals. We’ll focus on sustainable habits and holistic eating choices, not rigid meal plans, to help you reach your goals without feeling restricted.
We’ll find an approach that works best for you—whether that’s daily text check-ins, weekly calls, or a combination of both.
How it works
Application
Submit your application.
Consultation call (free)
We’ll determine whether you’re a good fit for the program, and if so, discuss the best approach for you.
Kickoff call
After your payment and waivers have been submitted, we’ll talk more about your needs and what to include in your program.
Bi-weekly check-in calls
Chat with me (at least) every 2 weeks to discuss your progress, challenges, and any changes we should make to your program.
Ongoing support through text/chat
I’ll respond to any questions or concerns you have (no matter how small or silly they seem!) via text, email, or in-app messaging.
Pricing
Lasting change takes time, so this program requires a 3-month commitment. This is the minimum amount of time needed to build sustainable habits and see real results.
Base pricing:
Standard training: $230/month USD
Up to 4 workouts/week, biweekly check-ins, ongoing accountability via text.
Elite training: $280/month
5 or more workouts/week, biweekly check-ins, ongoing accountability via text: $280/month USD
Add-ons:
Weekly 60-minute personal training session: +$125/month
Nutrition coaching: +$130/month
