3 month Dance + Strength TRAINING PROGRAM

For the dancer who wants ongoing support and help with uncovering weaknesses.

What’s included

  • 1 kickoff call/movement assessment

  • 1 virtual private lesson per week (1 hour)

  • Up to 2 custom self-guided training sessions (depending on your current training schedule and goals) per week

How it works

  1. Meet me on Zoom for a 1-hour movement assessment and introductory call. I’ll assess your current strength and skill levels, and we’ll discuss your goals and current training schedule.

  2. Each week we’ll meet for 1 hour on Zoom for your private lesson. We’ll focus on the areas that matter most to you, whether that’s strength, dance skills, or both.

  3. Each week you’ll complete 1-2 training sessions on your own (shared through a mobile app).

  4. I’ll update your training plan over the 3-month period to keep up with your progress and adapt to your goals.

Available private lesson schedule (evenings in Eastern Time zone)

How it works

  • Meet me on Zoom for a 1-hour movement assessment and introductory call. I’ll assess your current strength and skill levels, and we’ll discuss your goals and current training schedule.

  • Receive your custom training plan within 7 days of our movement assessment (shared through a mobile app).

Pricing

  • Starting at $200 (varies depending on training frequency and type of training)

  • Schedule virtual private lessons as needed at a discounted rate of $50/hour.
