1 kickoff call/movement assessment
1 virtual private lesson per week (1 hour)
Up to 2 custom self-guided training sessions (depending on your current training schedule and goals) per week
How it works
Meet me on Zoom for a 1-hour movement assessment and introductory call. I’ll assess your current strength and skill levels, and we’ll discuss your goals and current training schedule.
Each week we’ll meet for 1 hour on Zoom for your private lesson. We’ll focus on the areas that matter most to you, whether that’s strength, dance skills, or both.
Each week you’ll complete 1-2 training sessions on your own (shared through a mobile app).
I’ll update your training plan over the 3-month period to keep up with your progress and adapt to your goals.
