  • Results vary from person to person depending on their current fitness level and habits.

    Regardless of your current fitness level, I recommend at least 2 resistance training sessions per week for all clients. This can be a combination of in-person sessions with me and self-guided sessions using a program I provide you.

    I also recommend sticking to your training program for a minimum of 6 weeks before making any changes.

  • My studio space is located in Sugar Land, Texas. The exact location will be provided during our consultation call.
